Abstract
本發明揭示一種感應線圈的設計方法,用於解決線圈設計時修正次數過多問題,該方法主要包含:由一電腦系統將一線圈模型之特徵參數輸入一模擬軟體,用以產生一期望值;依據該特徵參數計算一初級側電容及一次級側電容的電容值、該初級側線圈及次級側線圈的電感值,用以繞製一線圈實體;並由電腦系統接收該線圈實體量測後取得的一電感值及一漏感值;依據該電感值及該漏感值計算一耦合係數值,若該值等於期望值,則輸出該初級側電容及次級側電容的電容值,否則,輸出一修正值,以修正該線圈實體。藉此,可確實解決上述問題。
