Abstract
一種微奈米壓印模具之製造方法及壓印製程。此微奈米壓印模具之製造方法至少包括：提供一模具主體，模具主體具有相對之第一表面以及第二表面，其中模具主體包括一壓印圖案結構設於第一表面，且壓印圖案結構包括複數個凹穴與複數個凸面介於凹穴之間；以及對模具主體之第一表面進行一表面處理步驟，以使凹穴與一壓印流體之間具有第一接觸角，以及使凸面與壓印流體之間具有第二接觸角，其中第一接觸角與第二接觸角不同。
