Abstract

The lead-free non-stoichiometric piezoelectric (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3 films and lithium dopants Llx(Na0.5K0.5)1-xNbO3 were fabricated by sol-gel processing on Pt(111)/TiO2/SiO2/Si(100) substrates. The effects of lithium doping on the microstructures and electrical properties of the samples were investigated. Finally, we found the remnant polarization and piezoelectric coefficient were improved effectively through doping lithium.
