Abstract

In this study, a series of surface modified PE and/or PU with conducting phosphoryl choline head group were synthesized by way of UV-irradiation and chemical modification. Preliminary in vitro platelet adherence measurements were performed that enabled to evaluate the blood compatibility of these polymer surfaces.
