New 3T2C LTPS pixel circuit compensate for threshold voltage variation for AMOLED displays

Abstract

This work proposes a new low-temperature polycrystalline silicon pixel circuit for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode displays. This circuit compensates for the threshold voltage variation of driving thin-film transistor and utilizes a fixed VSS to increase the operation stability. The simulated current error rates are all below 3% among entire range.
