Abstract

A pixel circuit with VTH compensation for AMOLED displays is proposed By source-follower structure, the proposed circuit can detect VTH shift of normally-off/on TFTs. Simulations show that the proposed circuit successfully senses VTH shift of driving TFT during programming, and produces uniform current in range of 60 to 500 nA.
