Abstract

This work presents a new pixel circuit design adopting amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (a-IGZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) that compensates for the threshold voltage shift of the driving TFT and ameliorates the luminance drop of OLED for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) displays.
