Novel a-Si:H gate driver circuit for in-cell touch TFT-LCDs

Abstract

This work proposes a novel gale driver circuit based on hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) technology for thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs) with the in-cell touch sensing structure. Simulation results demonstrate that the variations of the rising and falling time are below 2 % after the touch sensing operation.
