Novel structure with time division driving method for a-Si:H TFT LCDs

Abstract

Novel gate driver circuit turns off the driving TFT during the touch sensing period to ameliorate the degradation of the driving TFT for in-cell touch panels. Based on the RPl a-Si:H TFT model of the HSPICE simulator, uniform and stable gate signals are produced by the proposed gate driver circuit.
