Abstract
本發明揭露一種核酸切割組合物，係可作用於一標的核酸，核酸切割組合物包括一奈米粒子、一寡核?酸鏈、以及一核酸切割試劑，藉由寡核?酸鏈識別一標的核酸之至少部分序列，再以核酸切割試劑切割標的核酸。另外，本發明亦揭露一種用於基因治療之方法，包括將有效量之上述核酸切割組合物投予至有需要之一個體以切割一標的核酸。
