N2 - The X-ray powder diffraction data of high-Tc oxide system, Tlz.sbnd;Baz.sbnd;Cuz.sbnd;O have been re-examined and found that the oxide has an orthorhombic cell with the lattice parameters a=5.52(2) A ̊, b=5.49(1) A ̊ and c=23.33(3) A ̊. The structure seems to be similar to that of other high-Tc oxide, Biz.sbnd;Srz.sbnd;Cuz.sbnd;O. We have also found a sharp resistivity decrease around 70K in TlBaSrCuO system as temperature decreases, which indicates the existence of high-Tc phase reminiscent of BiSrCaCuO recently found by Maeda et al.
