Abstract

This paper presents optical sensors with a new driving method based on hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin-film transistors (a-Si:H TFTs) covered with the color filters to increase three types of sensed light. The measurement results indicate that the differences of output voltage are all above 16.5 V, proving that the proposed sensors are suitable for integrating large interactive display.
