Abstract
In applying ultra high power LEDs for projectors, cooling system is required to dissipate around 90W of power for a single LED. An improved liquid cooling system has been developed to solve the thermal issue which can keep the LED junction temperature (Tj) less than 110°C at 30 A driving current and able to achieve long a life time over 60,000 hours.
