Abstract

A p-type low-temperature polycrystalline silicon active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (LTPS) gate driver composed of JI TIC realizes simultaneous-emission (SE) driving schemes which are simultaneous signals and progressive signals for driving high-resolution active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) pixel circuits.
