Abstract

A photonic millimeter-wave frequency multiplication scheme with a tunable multiplication factor from 6 to 10 utilizing period-one dynamics of semicondcutor lasers is demonstracted. The power adjustability and linewidth of the millimeter-wave is also investigated.
