Abstract

The aim of this project is to utilize photothermal therapy (PPT) to treat urothelial cancer by gold nanoparticles and the exposure of green light laser. According to our study, tumor cells will be killed at laser power more than 10W/ cm2, 1.6Hz, 300ms duration for 500 shots. However, the control group required more than 30 W/ cm2 under the same condition.
