Pixel circuit to prevent flicker using voltage programming method for AMOLED displays

Abstract

A pixel circuit with 4T2C structure and simulation emission driving scheme is proposed for generating three-dimensional (3D) images for high-frame-rate AMOLED displays. Proposed pixel circuit availably compensates for threshold voltage (VTH) variation of LTPS-TFTs and prevent flicker phenomenon.
