Abstract
A female fetus with cystic hygroma, single umbilical artery and Dandy-Walker malformation, aborted at 24 weeks of gestational age, was diagnosed prenatally. Gastroschisis was noted at autopsy. Chromosomal study was normal. Autopsy confirmed prenatal findings with hypogenesis of cerebellum and cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricle.
