The crystallization of HfO//2-Eu//2O//3 amorphous co-precipitates was studied under hydrothermal conditions. The precipitates which were coprecipitated and dried yielded a single-phase cubic solid solution with a fluorite lattice by hydrothermal treatment. TEM observation, X-ray diffraction and specific surface area measurement by BET method were performed.
