Abstract
本發明係提供一種檢測魚類病原之方法，其包含使用特定之引子組與待測樣品中之核酸進行圈環形核酸擴增反應(loop-mediated isothermal amplification，LAMP)，如有至少一擴增反應發生，則該待測樣品包含魚類病原。本發明亦提供一種檢測魚體病原之引子組、探針、及套組。
