Abstract
一種生產製程之品質預測系統與方法，係利用生產機台正在加工過程中的製程參數，加上最近數次的產品實際檢測值，以預測出未來生產的產品品質。本發明主要係由推估模式與預測模式兩個裝置(Means)所組成，其推估方法和預測方法可根據實際生產機台的特性來選擇，推估模式裝置更可當作虛擬量測用。此外，本發明更包含自我搜尋裝置與自我調適裝置
