abstract = "Dopamine (DA) is a neurotransmitter involved in controlling of fine movement, which is deficient in Parkinson{\textquoteright}s disease (PD). Measurement of DA is an urgent need concerning the development of PD therapy. We{\textquoteright}ve developed a fastscan cyclic voltammetry (FSCV) for real time measurement of dopamine releasing in dopaminergic SH-SY5Y cells under tissue-specific optogenetic stimulation. With the novel cellular optical-induced DA-releasing model, the performance of FSCV will be validated under various stimulating parameters.",
