Robust stabilization of time-varying uncertain time-delay systems via memoryless feedback control

Abstract

The robust stabilization and decaying rate assignment for a class of continuous time-varying dynamic systems with time-varying state delay, parametric and input uncertainties, and external disturbances are discussed in this paper. Two new memoryless state feedback control laws for stabilizing the above systems are developed. Furthermore, we also present the memoryless control designs which guarantee the closed-loop system to be stable with a specified decaying rate. Finally, numerical examples and computer simulations are given to demonstrate the applicability and to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed schemes.
