Robustness for observer-based stabilization of singularly perturbed discrete-time systemst

Abstract

The robust property of observer-based control of discrete-time singularly perturbed system is examined. Sufficient and necessary conditions for stability of such control system are derived. An exact upper bound of singular perturbation parameter is also determined.
