Rotary-linear ultrasonic motor of the lead-free NKN-based ceramics for camera applications

Abstract

Lead-free CuF2-doped and CuO-doped Na0.5Ko0.53Nb03 (NKNCOx, and NKNCFx jr = 0 - 1.5 mol%) piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized and the influence of additives on microstructure, electrical properties and mechanical properties of the proposed samples were investigated. Furthermore, the proposed rotary-linear ultrasonic motors have been developed for camera applications.
