Abstract

In this study, elbow joint during push-up was biomechanically analyzed. It was found that the rotation hand position can effect the kinetics of elbow during the push-up. The peak axial force was decreased from 'normal'. The peak moment exerted on elbow joint was significantly decreased from 'external'.
