Scheme for secure digital mobile communications based on symmetric key cryptography

Abstract

A scheme for secure digital mobile communications is proposed. The scheme requires the introduction of an online network center for session key distributions. Both user authentication as well as key distribution are automatically included. The scheme can also protect the system from the attacks of replay. Private-key algorithms are used for data encryption. The scheme can be implemented even in a hardware-limited terminal to achieve secure digital mobile communications.
