N2 - Crystal growth methods of high-Tc superconductors, (L̃a, M)2CuO4-δ (M=Sr or Ba) and YBa2Cu3O7-δ, are described in detail. For both kinds of oxides, crystals with superconducting transition were successfully obtained. The maximum crystal sizes of (L̃a, M)2CuO4-δ and YBa2Cu3O7-δ are about 25×20×5mm3 and 6×6×3mm3, respectively.
