Abstract
本發明是揭露一種小型干擾性核醣核酸分子，其係具有專一性序列的單股或雙股核醣核酸，用以干擾動物細胞內之病毒的目標基因之表現量。其次，本發明亦揭露一種重組質體，此重組質體可包含與上述單股或雙股核醣核酸分子之專一性序列互補的去氧核醣核酸序列，用以導入至動物細胞內表現小型干擾性核醣核酸分子。
