Abstract
Direct fabrication of shaped ceramics using soft solution processing was described. The process involves local activation in interfacial reactions between solid and solution with a porous membrane. It is an environmentally friendly process which fabricates patterned ceramic films directly from solution without firing. Soft solution processing eliminates the consumption and waste of energies in the production of ceramic materials.
