Abstract
The Taylor series approximation approach is introduced into the evaluation of typical integral equations and is proved valid. The important types of integral equations are solved. These are first order equations of the first kind, second order equations of the first kind, and integral equations of the second kind. A set of algebraic equations is recommended to determine the coefficients of the approximate solution. The Taylor series results are in agreement with the exact solutions. Illustrative examples with satisfactory results are given for the three types.
