Abstract
A substrate for Raman spectroscopy is provided, which comprises a base; a plurality of metal nanoparticles provided on the base; and at least one fluorinated graphene layer provided on the metal nanoparticles. In addition, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the substrate for Raman spectroscopy.
