Synthesis and physical properties of superconducting RuSr2EuCu2O8

The synthesis of RuSr2GdCu2O8 was described. The yield was characterized using X-ray diffraction, magnetization and electric transport measurements. The compound exhibited ferromagnetic and superconducting behaviors.
