本發明提供一種藉由近場通訊技術(NFC)在行動裝置上安全轉移電子票証的系統及方法，在支援NFC的行動裝置如手機、平板電腦上，電子票証可以使用NFC的平台對平台(Peer-to-peer)功能快速安全轉移至另一個使用者的行動裝置上。本系統及方法操作包括二個支援近場通訊技術的行動裝置、各行動裝置內含一個安全晶片(Secure Element, SE)、一電子訂售票後台子系統及一驗票通關讀卡機子系統。
