Abstract
Temperature variation of step-induced anisotropy in permalloy film grown on Mo stepped surface was investigated. The vibration sample magnetometer was applied to measure magnetic hysteresis loops of the film. The magnetization curve of the permalloy film was measured. It was found that the temperature dependence of effective uniaxial anisotropy constant and fourfold anisotropy constant follow Bloch temperature theorem.
