Abstract

We excited terahertz magnons in Er_xY_1-xFeO₃ as a function of temperature, magnetic field, and yttrium composition (x), providing insight into the role of cooperative Er³⁺-Fe³⁺ exchange interactions in the low-temperature phase transition.
