Abstract
The E-J curves of YBa2Cu3O7-δ bulk samples in a very low dissipation region (10-8 to 10-12 V/cm) have been extracted from the relaxation data. The scaling behavior of the E-J curves and the temperature dependence of the effective creep barrier have been extracted from the data and compared with various models. The results prefer the vortex glass model and support the observation that there is a new phase boundary far below the irreversibility line.
