N2 - The Dynamic Spatial Structure Model of multi-centric City, which integrated the rent function of Alonso and the neighborhood model of Cellular Automata (CA), is a useful model to study the development of urban spatial structure [11]. In this study aims to (1) understand the rent distribution of dynamic multi-centric city with school, and (2) discover the effect of school allocation to a city's core. The facility, school and road, occupied quite area and quantity on urban space, and affect the transportation cost of family. The location of facilities directly affects the urban structure, especially on developing city. This study simulated the city development with primary school and two-tier road by DSSM to understand the effect of urban spatial structure. It uses the spatial structure, the hierarchy of cores, the Turbo-cornutus (Tanabe, 1970) and location sensitivity to analysis the effect of multi-centric city.
