Abstract
Many cities are trying to promote the development plan of information city to upgrade the service efficiency of government and the quality of information society environment in response to the developing global digital tendency. Owing to the tremendous amount of budget and long term to execute the plan has to be surveyed regularly with reviewing the priority and efficiency of development for revising plans. Therefore, we try to develop one set of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method for analyzing the priority and satisfaction which is based on the structure of group differential analysis, and take the plan of Taipei Information City (Taipei Cyber City) as experimental object to explain the application procedure and methodology for evaluating structure. The experimental study result shows that the attitude of the people of Taipei towards partial contents of information city development expresses an obvious discrepancy which reflects the diversity of requirements for information city Taipei and possibly there still exists a great digital divide in society. Thus there is a need to further adjust development contents and to strengthen the assistance to digital minority group in the successive development plan of information city.
