The rule search method for association signatures on NetDPI

More and more network services appears on the Cloud. Mobile appliances to access network services. To keep the network services in high security is an important issue. Deep Packet Inspection system is for classifying the network traffic, network traffic statistics, and network security management. In the previous works, NetDPI is a DPI system based on Netfilter in Linux kernel. In this paper, we propose a rule search algorithm for the NetDPI system, and we show that the proposed method has better performance in rule search in the experiment result.
