N2 - The speakers of mobile phone device are provided the sound, music and voice functions for all of entertainment request. Unfortunately those devices don’t have enough spec for the low frequency performance. So the sound quality will not be satisfied a lot of consumers who aspire high level music service. Base on this request that extra speaker product is popular in the 3C market. In this loudspeaker that have to add a rear chamber to provide the good low frequency response; meanwhile to provide the speaker outlook case in the same part. The shape of chamber will impact the ID and total unit structure as thickness, quantity and shape of the rib. Traditional approach for using EMA and make a mockup sample to estimate the response curve that is going to waste more time and cost. In this paper, a hybrid approach that combines impedance curve of the (T-S) parameters and finite element analysis (CFdesign) to simulate behavior of the wind in the chamber. This research to create five units different rib type of the chambers that include: (1) Normal case, (2) Rib case, (3) Circle case, (4) Circle array, (5) Triangle array and then using this model to check this is workable. The simulation result of the concepts is also compared with the experimental.
