Abstract
一種薄膜太陽能電池元件包含一P型非晶矽層、一N型非晶矽層以及一微晶矽層。微晶矽層設置於P型非晶矽層與N型非晶矽層之間。相較於非矽晶層，微晶矽層可吸收較長波長之光線而彌補非矽晶之不足，進而提升電池轉換效率。此外，相較於非晶矽層，微晶矽層具有較佳之光照衰退抵抗能力，而提升元件效能。
