Time-dependent plasma viscosity in asymmetric toroidal plasmas

Abstract

Time-dependent viscosity for asymmetric toroidal plasmas in the low collisional frequency regimes is calculated. Because time-dependent plasma viscosity accurately predicts the flow-damping rate, the results can be used in modeling the momentum relaxation, including modeling the radial electric field of the zonal flow.
