Abstract

Differential quadrature, generalized methods, related discrete element analysis methods and the EDQ based direct time integration methods have been developed for solving generic transient continuum mechanics problems having arbitrary domain configuation. The concepts of these methods are briefly explained. Certain numerical results are presented.
