Abstract
The critical field of Y//1//. //2Ba//0//. //8CuO//4//-// delta is considered by measuring the electrical resistance as a function of temperature and magnetic field using a 20-T high-field magnet. From the superconduction transition, we have acquired the temperature dependence of the critical field, H//c//2(T). We have estimated H//c//2(O) approximately equals 166T, which is the highest critical field obtained to date.
