AbstractRecently the Ministry of Education impelled The Overall Friendly Campus Construction Project and proceeded the achievement evaluation to the primary and junior high schools. According to the Project, however, the concept of "friendly campus" is a self-managed viewpoint of the schools’ standard, and the Project includes many contents and relative measures. Each different subobjects involve different agency-in-charges and focus on moral instruction and counsel. On the other hand, if we don’t determine the core idea of friendly campus, it would be impossible to control and carry out this concept. This thesis is observed in term of studying in constitution, try to incorporate the value order of the constitution in human rights education, let human rights education can stick into daily life even more. By analysing the relationship between other education in the project of the friendly campus and human rights education, this thesis obstains a result that human rights education is the core in the project of the friendly campus. So, this thesis builds the content of constructing friendly campus based on ideas of human rights education, depict the outlines of the friendly campus. And then is to discuss the concrete implementation of friendly campus by course design, teaching process, teaching environment of human rights education. Finally, this thesis looks over the practice of human rights education in the friendly campus, and does the self-criticism one by one and puts forward the suggestion.
