Abstract

臺灣營造業職災居各業之首，層出不窮的工程災害排除人為因素，氣候及地理環境對危害風險影響最大。 本研究將降雨等級、風力等級、土壤排水性、防護設備以及出工可能性等語意變數納入考慮，結合專家經驗建構危害頻率、危害風險與安全等級的相互關係，可有效評量雨量對作業安全等級之影響。並可依據安全等級與防護設施之if-then法則式，推估出工與否。
