Abstract

生技產業的發展對人類生命健康之維持與生活品質之提升密切相關，應用範圍更從醫藥、農業等領域，擴展至食品、材料、環境、能源等，不僅提高產品附加價值，對生態環境更具親和力，從而增進人類生活品質，並對經濟發展與民生福祉產生貢獻。本研究，探討臺灣上市(櫃)生技產業無形資產及研究發展支出資本化價值攸關性，研究期間為2008年至2012年。發現無形資產和研究發展支出資本化對股價正相關，顯示這兩種資產具有價值攸關。
