Abstract
In modern times, religion has been more important in such a science-trusted community on the contrary. Due to obedience to the discipline, New Testament Church in Mount Zion refuse to make their childen attend compulsory school. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is trying to solve the conflict between religious freedom and compulsory education.First of all, parents are obligated to make children educated, not to make children attend compulsory school. Hence, the government should allow people to institute religious schools according to the fundamental right of education. In the other hand, New Testament Church in Mount Zion still can teach children in their way through home schooling. And, the government has duty to improve the legal system of home schooling. Furthermore, Wisconsin v. Yoder can be a reference as the similar case.
