Although Taiwan has many mountain activities When the lack of development conditions results in poor public transport service quality People use cars to meet transportation needs At this time seamless transportation is widely used Taiwan supplements public transportation with Demand Responsive Transport Services DRTS is flexible in operation (Davison et al 2014) is currently considered the best method But in our country we face the problem of few people using it Inspired by this problem the research explores the preferences of the people by using narrative preferences (SP) Logit model (MNL) market share and situational simulation analysis to construct transportation preference models based on individual needs The conclusion shows that in the "tourism" purpose the fare of the vehicle is too high or the walking distance between the stations is too long which will cause a significant decline in the market share In the "non-tourism" purpose people care more about the cost and time of vehicles Time and cost reduction will increase people's willingness to use
